From entrance to 5-C. Then go 5-D. You see <Crystal> in the room.
Cut it with your sword. You have three more crystals to cut in this
dungeon. When all four are broken, floor in 4-D fall down to 4-I.
 

Pass 4-D to 4-E. Bomb (1) on picture below. Throw bomb from (1) to
blow (2). Push block (3) down andstand at (4) to throw bomb to (5).
Push (6)-block up. Cut Crystal and push (7)-block up. Move stone 
statue to (1). Then you get a key.

 

Now you need to go 3-D. To go to 3-D, pass as follows:
4-D, 5-D, 5-C, 4-C, 4-D, 5-D, 5-C, 4-C, 4-D and then to 3-D.
From 3-D, go 3-E. Step on switch. Amos start to move.
Bomb them to defeat all and you get a key.
 

From 3-D, 2-D, 2-C, 3-C and then to 4-C. Jump into a hole
in 4-C to go 4-H. Go 5-H and defeat all Tails here. Then go 6-H.
Bomb PolsBois in this room and open center door to go 5-H.
Pass to 4-H and stairs up to 4-C. Cut the Crystal. 
 

Stairs down in 4-C to go 4-H again. Go 5-H and bomb Tail.
Go 6-G and find out switch botoom-left side. Bomb it to
make it Red. Then Amos start to move. Bomb Amos to get compass.
 

Stairs up in 6-G to 6-B and go 6-A. Push three blocks to
walls and get a key.
 

From 6-A to 6-B. Defeat PolsBois to get dungeon map.
(You can use bomb or Time-Harp for PolsBois )
 

From 6-C, 5-C, 4-C, 3-C, 2-C, 1-C and to 1-B.
Defeat ManeMane and Tail in this room, all.
You get <Beans Gun>.
 

From 1-B, 1-C, 2-C, 2-D and to 3-D. You see Crystal in
upper-left of the room. Use Beans Gun inclined for it.
Now all four Crystals are broken and floor in 4-D
falls down to 4-I. You get Gacha Seed if you go
4-D after this...
 

Jump into hole in 4-C to go 4-H. Then to 4-I, 5-I.
Push blocks right to torches into holes. Shoot
Beans Gun(Fire Fruit) inclined direction to lit torches.
 

Mini-Boss: Dogler
From 5-I, 5-H, 4-H, 4-I, 3-I to 2-I.
This is the room for Mini-Boss: Dogler. Dogler is under sand.
You must dig the sand to get Dogler out. Cut Dogler !!
You get heart from sand sometime.
 

Go 2-H and to 1-H. You see one block out of order.
Push it in order and get a key.
You can push it after you defeated Tail.
 

From 1-H, 2-H, 1-I, 3-I, 4-I, 4-H and to 3-H.
Cut the switch to change the direction of fan. Shoot fan with
Beans Gun and change switch. Walk the bridge appered and go 2-H.
Do as 3-H to open bridge and go 1-H.
 

In 1-H, move block right to open a path. This block will
remain as moved. From right side of 1-H, go 2-H, 2-I, 3-I, 
4-I and then to 4-J. Step on switch to change direction of fans.
Again shoot Beans Gun to change switch.
 

Go 3-J and get a Boss-room key in t-box. Then go 3-I,
2-I, 2-H, 1-H and to Boss room.
 

Boss: Shadow-Obaba
If you face towards Shadow-Obaba, it hide in floor and so
you can't give damage to it. Show your back to it and shoot
Ouch Fruit with Beans Gun. Obaba give out four poison butterfly.
Cut them down and show back and shoot Ouch. When Obaba under
floor, four shadow come to attack you. You will be damaged with
